We’ve now helped over 400 Edinburgh residents in our private 1-to-1 personal training studios (and many online).
With the vast majority making significant positive changes in their health, fitness and quality of life.
And that simply wouldn’t have been possible without the framework our expert team use with every single person who joins one of our programmes.
You see, as I’ve previously mentioned, it’s no secret there’s hundreds, if not thousands, of fitness and nutrition plans available…
And most of these plans can and often do work for people. It’s all about finding what is sustainable, enjoyable and yields results for you as an individual.
The problem, however, is that many of these plans are based on tactics…
Capitalising on the latest trend or FAD to make a quick profit.
It’s for that exact reason we focus on principles rather than tactics.
On a long-term and sustainable transformation rather than a short-term and potentially dangerous quick-fix.
And that’s exactly how our “AIM Method” framework was born.
We analysed the data from the hundreds of clients we’ve worked with here at Luke Bremner Fitness to identify what truly worked in delivering results.
Which we then packaged up into a framework that has had a few different names over the years but is now known as the AIM Method.
Many people are surprised by its simplicity.
There’s not really anything fancy about it yet it’s incredibly effective (as you can see by visiting the ‘success stories‘ page).
And perhaps most importantly, it’s a framework that can be adapted to every individual to account for their unique requirements and preferences.
No two people who come through our door are the same. So why (like all generic plans online are) should our approach to training them be?
For those of you that haven’t seen it on our website before, I’ve attached the image of the AIM Method overview above.
You’ll notice it’s not based on any tactics or trends that come and go. But rather on a process that covers all the bases of achieving a health and fitness goal while remaining adaptable to every individual.
In case you can’t already tell, we’re quite proud of it!
It’s thanks to having this process that we’re able to deliver results predictably and reliably with anyone that comes through our doors.
Take a moment to grasp the ideas in the image. You’ll see that despite being simple, it’s a full-proof method to achieve your goals.
Are you using something similar in your own approach to achieving your health and fitness goals?
Or are you winging it and jumping from one trend to the next and despite working hard, not really seeing any rewards for your efforts?
If so, why not have a look at the diagram and see how you could adapt it for your own needs?
To assess your starting point, implement a plan that matches your unique requirements and measure your progress regularly? Then, tweak and adapt your plan until you see continued progress.
Really, that’s how it works in a nutshell.
And of course, if you need the help of our expert team to take you by the hand and walk you through the entire process while providing support, guidance and accountability?
We’re here to help.
