If you’re exercising regularly but not seeing results, lost in the confusing world of nutrition or are simply just not sure what you should be eating to assist you in achieving your goals then read on…

Whilst nutrition coaching is included in all of our personal training programmes as standard, we also offer a separate nutrition coaching service for those who simply require advice and guidance on nutrition, without joining one of our complete programmes.

With this is mind, we have created the Confident Eating Nutritional Coaching Programme.

As a qualified Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, Luke will guide you through the comprehensive but simple nutritional programming system we use with all our personal training clients here at the studio to deliver powerful health and body transformation results.

During this 90 minute session, you will learn:

  • How to navigate your way around a supermarket with confidence and avoid their ‘traps’.
  • Exactly how to prepare a meal with the right balance of proteins, carbohydrates and fats.
  • What kitchen appliances and utensils are a must-have for healthy food preparation.
  • A simple method to ensure you always eat the correct portions of the different food groups.
  • What food group pairings to avoid at all costs if you’re serious about achieving your goals.
  • Time saving cooking and meal preparation strategies so you can spend less time in the kitchen.
  • What to eat before and your workouts to maximise performance, recovery and fat burning.
  • What nutritional supplements may be beneficial in accelerating your progress towards your goals.
  • Why food intolerances and digestive issues may be holding you back and what you can do to rectify this.

After being taught lessons on all of the above you will be provided with a comprehensive nutrition plan that Luke has created specifically for you and your goals which will break down the exact calorie, protein, carbohydrate and fat targets.

Additionally, you will also be provided with a ‘nutrition pack’ to take away with you, summarising all the lessons you have learned from Luke and various tools and resources to assist you in transforming your nutritional habits.

Follow up support, coaching, and advice will also be provided so you can feel confident in the knowledge that you know how, what, and why to eat for your desired body shape goal and never feel lost again.

The investment for the nutrition coaching package is £247.
