Over the years Luke, the owner and founder of Luke Bremner Fitness LTD., has been invited to share his expertise on various forms of local media including magazine, radio and television on a number of current topics.
Below is an overview of these media appearances:
Sharing Expertise On Edinburgh Live
Along with Julia from Fit & Happy and Jonathan from JC Fitness, I was asked to share my expertise on staying fit, healthy and active during the coronavirus lockdown.
We shared our expertise on how to keep yourself motivated, the best ways to stay active and how the inactive and elderly can stay active without access to a gym.
The article is available on the Edinburgh Live website here.
Meeting The Hoff
Okay, so technically not a media appearance! But who can blame me for sharing this photo when I met David ‘The Hoff’ Hasselhoff himself when he stopped by the Luke Bremner Fitness Stockbridge studio in 2018? 😉
Delivering a seminar at the University of Edinburgh Business School
Luke delivering a seminar to a group of MSc students at the University of Edinburgh business school on how to become a better coach.
Appearing on STV Evening News
Fresh faced Luke being interviewed on STV evening news to discuss the potential dangers of unregulated fat burning supplements.

Luke was selected to become the health and fitness writer for the Sport in Edinburgh Magazine which was available in the later stages of 2012 and 2013.
In his monthly column, Luke wrote about a wide range of topics on the subject of health, fitness and nutrition to share with the sporting population of Edinburgh.
