This programme is delivered by one of Luke’s team of expert coaches and will include:

  • The 4WJ Starter Pack – an overview of the the framework for the programme outlining the key principles to ensure your success.
  • The 4WJ Strategy Session – an initial coaching and strategy session to map out the 4 weeks based on your unique goals and lifestyle.
  • The 4WJ Exercise System – 11 personal training sessions to help kickstart your weight loss, tone your muscles and reshape your body.
  • The 4WJ Nutrition System – complete nutritional guidance for the 4 week period to fuel your exercise and kickstart your fat burning.
  • 4WJ Lifestyle Coaching – an introduction to healthier living, better sleep and less stress through simple lifestyle changes.
  • The 4WJ Support Framework – on-going email support and encouragement from your coach to keep you motivated between sessions.

You’ll receive 100% undivided 1-on-1 attention from your coach in our private personal training studio gym here in Edinburgh’s New Town, away from the crowded, noisy and intimidating public gyms.

Obviously there’s a limit to what can be achieved in just 4 weeks. Ultimately, the results you achieve depend on your starting point and the effort you put in to the programme. That being said, with dedication, focus and commitment, you could achieve the following benefits:

Please bear in mind this programme is designed exclusively as a jumpstart – to get you back on track – rather than a ‘quick fix’ solution to your problems (which we don’t promote) which you can then maintain for the long term (either on your own or by continuing to train with us if you wish to do so).

Who Is This Programme For?

Due to the 4 week time constraint, fairly active individuals with some prior gym/exercise experience and knowledge of healthy eating will typically achieve better results on this 4 week programme.

If you don’t have experience you’re still welcome on this programme and you may still achieve all the benefits listed above, but we do recommend you also consider our 12 Week Transformation Programme as an alternative.

We also recommend that anyone looking for more thorough and complete coaching, guidance and support (rather than a simple ‘jumpstart’) consider this programme too.

What Happens When I’m Finished?

There are 2 options when you come to the end of your 4 week programme.

Option A) You can take what you’ve learned and continue on your own.

Option B) You can continue your 1-to-1 personal training with us.

Either way, our primary aim is to ensure you are successful in your transformation and that you continue to maintain your results for the rest of your life.
